Shipping & Return Policy

We will only ship to the address provided in the billing address or shipment address upon confirmation of purchases. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address and reachable phone number when completing payment for your order.

If you have any additional request or changes, please contact [email protected] customers will be responsible for any associated charges.

Note: All shipping address change or order change request have to be made within 24 hours upon the date of your order transaction.
If request of change in shipping address is made after the shipment have been sent out from our warehouse, customer will be responsible for any associated charges.

Shipping Restrictions

The following destinations are not accepted as a valid shipping address:
“P.O. Box” (Post-Office Box)

“A.P.O.” (Army Post Office)

“F.P.O.” (Fleet Post Office)

“D.P.O.” (Diplomatic Post Office)

Hotels, motels or resorts

Although additional service may may be offered in some countries, courier services will only deliver shipments during office hours from 9am to 5pm weekdays ONLY.

Customers will have to pay any Import duties & VAT if applicable.

Eagle Matrix Consulting Co.,Ltd. will not be held liable if the courier is unable to deliver the order to the provided address. The customers will be responsible for any associated charges before Eagle Matrix Consulting Co.,Ltd. will re-ship an order. In the case of the courier losing the shipment, Eagle Matrix Consulting Co.,Ltd. will re-ship without additional charges.

We will process the orders based on the “first come, first serve” basis.

Usually, time in transit is estimated to be 15 – 45 business days. This is an estimated time; actual time in transit will depend on the courier.

Your tracking ID will be shown on your Order Page once the order has been shipped.

Our goods are shipped out from our shipping facilities in China.

The shipping services Eagle Matrix Consulting Co.,Ltd. are provided by Lightake Inc. All information provided to Lightake Inc. are in according to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to use any courier to accomplish delivery.

My purchase hasn’t arrive – What can I do?

– Check if we have provided you the tracking ID, and track the location on a Tracking service.
– If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of the ship date, you have 10 days to contact us at [email protected]. We will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation.

PLEASE NOTE:
– Remote area surcharges may apply for shipments to addresses which are located in remote area.
– Delivery to RUSSIA/SPAIN/GREECE may take at least 2 weeks due to delay in custom clearance issue.

Order Cancellation and Return

You may cancel or the order within 24 hours of purchase on CALM. Website.

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours. We will cancel the order if possible, however if the Order has been shipped, you must return the product upon receiving.

You have 7 days to return an UNOPENED item from the date you received your Product(s) from us. Due to the personal nature of CALM, items that are ineligible for return are i) Opened and used; ii) Damaged; iii) Tampered with in terms of software/ hardware

Only items that have been purchased directly from the CALM. Website are eligible for returns to our logistics center. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

As CALM. and its accessories are personal items that come into contact with your body, OPEN BOX ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products that are shipped on a freight collect basis will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs to the logistics center.

Items Ineligible for Return

– Products that are open, or damaged by the customer
– Products that have been tampered with in terms of software/hardware

Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued after we have received and examined your item(s) at our logistics center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
